What is the purpose of the program?

We do that by first getting your books in line and then showing you a system for marketing your restaurant more effectively. We will help you turn things around in 6 months or you get your money back. 

 

So how do you get results?


The heart of the program are the weekly mastermind sessions with Chip. We like to say that the program is member-led, meaning YOU will help set the agenda. 
Each week we collect questions from the group that helps structure our time. Any questions that go unanswered remain on the list to be answered the following week. The majority of our time each week is dedicated to this open Q&A format. The rest of the time is reserved for our hot seats... 


What exactly is a hot seat?

All new members go on the "hot seat" in each of their first three months. This is to make sure that new members get specific attention early on.

P&L Review

Since our goal is to solidify profitability, we need to begin by looking at the numbers. Why? Because numbers never lie. We’ll see right there in black and white what’s working and what isn’t. That largely dictates where we focus moving forward.

THE SECOND HOT SEAT:

Forecasting & Budgeting

Chip will provide you and your team with a spreadsheet to use. He will then show you exactly how to forecast revenue and how to use those projections to generate budgets for all of the key areas of your operation. This, perhaps more than anything else, is what transforms businesses.

THE THIRD HOT SEAT:

Marketing

Specifically, you’ll be introduced to a framework Chip has developed called the “Triangle Principle.” You will be invited to build a simple 3-page marketing plan that will help you zero in on three key areas: acquisition, retention, and evangelism. Simply put: “You gotta get them in, get them back, and get them talking.” And there are specific things we show you to do in each of those areas.

Is there a methodology?

The P3 Mastermind Program is results-oriented. In the end, it all comes down to systems and goals. Proper goal setting is about identifying what you want to happen. We then put a system into place to help make that thing happen. You measure the results and figure out whether the stuff you did got the results you wanted.

If it worked, great! Double down. Do more of it! 

Didn't get the results you wanted? Scrap it and go back to the drawing board.

Ultimately our P3 members are invited to always begin with the end in mind. That’s true when we’re targeting profitability or trying to build repeat lunch business. Figure out what you want to happen, then take specific action in order to make that thing happen.

This simple mindset shift will change your business.

 

Can we talk about the live summits? 


One of the best parts of the P3 Mastermind is the community you'll start to build. Each week restaurant owners from all over the world log in to the same Zoom call to help each other work through common issues. 
 


But, we wondered...can we go further? 

Starting in 2024 we'll be hosting two implementation weekends. These are live events hosted in different cities across the United States. 

In January, we host our annual P3 Marketing Summit and in July we have the P3 Leadership Summit. Both are three-day events hosted on a Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, with two parties and over twelve hours of live workshops and speaker sessions.

Our next event will take place January 14-16 in Columbia, SC. P3 Members get access to discounted tickets, and get to book their spot before the general public. These events are capped at 100 people, so they will sell out! 

Co-Hosted by P3 Founder, Chip Klose and Marketing Guru, Rev Ciancio, it will be a chance to magnify the impact of the marketing work you do in the weekly sessions. The summit will be tactical and actionable, answering the questions: “What’s working now and how do I implement it into my business?”

This is a big investment. We get that. And we’re not here to take your money and run. We’re with you for the next 6 months, helping you put systems in place to generate consistent, predictable 20% profits each and every month. We believe in the program and the results we're able to get for our members, but if you're really not seeing the results you want after 6 months, we will refund every dollar you've invested in the P3 Mastermind Program.

  You have to show up every single week to the live Zoom sessions.
 You have to take action on everything we tell you to do.
  You must go through the online course and complete the handbook provided.


In the end, if you do all of those things, you can’t help but see a positive result. BUT if you do everything asked of you, and still don’t see the impact we promised… we’ll refund every dollar you invested AND keep working with you until you get where you want to be.

How do I get started?

  Once you’re ready to join us, we’ll get you enrolled with an email address and credit card.

  Once payment has been processed, we’ll send you a simple two-page agreement that outlines your responsibility to the group and our responsibility to you. (Ultimately this puts all of us on the same page and provides some real accountability.)

  Once that agreement is signed and returned you’ll be officially onboarded. You’ll get a series of invites to the calendar, zoom links, google sheet schedule, online course, and more. A welcome email will explain everything you need to know ahead of your first group session.
